Position Description Edit
The Recruiting Director within Star Trek: Second Fleet Online will be the direct representative when going out to find potential members for the organization. They will have all of the resources that they need at their disposal. The Recruiting Director will be responsible for setting up new members within the forums by sending a message to the Chief of Staff (or a person of higher position that is an administrator of the forums) to set their rank up with their assignment. This person will helping out the rest of the fleet management staff with forming up an actual application for admission that will help everyone with the preferences for potential members to Star Trek: Second Fleet Online. The Recruiting Director will, on occasion, help with the duties of the Awards Director when needed. The Recruiting Director reports directly to the Chief and Deputy Chief of Staff.
General Requirements Edit
The officer holding this position must be generally active unless a leave of absence has been given for personal, emergency, or family reasons. The member must have at least three months (or more) experience within the RP and hold a mid-level line officer rank. The member holding this position is highly preferred to have possession of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
